Wiifit is a great workout and a fun game.

When I first heard about this product, I was skeptical. How was I going to get a workout from a board? Well I knew when the Wiifit comes out in stores, it would be sold out. So I preordered it and it came in two weeks. It sat to the side of my living room until I opened it yesterday. I played a little over an hour of aerobics and balance games. Boy were my legs sore.

It's a great product that combines brilliant programs that'll increase balance/flexibilty, and track your progress towards being healthier. Not only does it promote good health, it's fun. This product is good for people who don't have time to make it to the gym or thinks the gym is boring sometimes (like me). It's also great for parents who cannot leave their children but still wants to workout. I love the Wii better than any other video game console where you just sit around(well, maybe working out your fingers from the controller). Great invention!!!
